Shipping:

1. Shipping World:

  • We proudly ship internationally FREE of charge.

    Returns:

    1. 14-Day Return Policy:

    • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
    • Products must be in the condition you received them, unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging. Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox.

    2. How to Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@brog.ie
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

    3. Exclusions:

    • Sale items may not be eligible for returns or may be subject to different return policies.
    • Products damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.

    4. Import Tax and Duties:

    • Please note that if you are returning products from outside of Ireland, any import taxes or customs duties paid will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for these charges and should consider this before making a purchase or a return.

    5. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the preferred item.
